Our 2012 tour openly welcomes bookings from other Elvis fans outside Australia. All prices indicated are based on exchange rates as at 30 June 2011. General Information and Booking Conditions

Tour Costs
The tour costs are based upon airfares, general transport, accommodation costs and foreign exchange rates as at 30 June, 2011. Jetset Brighton reserves the right to alter the costs if any of these factors change. If the tour price increases more than 10%, passengers will have the right to cancel within 7 days of notification of the surcharge without penalty. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once the payment for the deposit of your land tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund will be made if costs are reduced.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit of AU$1000 per passenger is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 60 days of departure will result in loss of monies paid. Cancellations outside of 60 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of AU$300 per person. Travel insurance is recommended and available through Jetset Brighton to cover the cost of cancellation fees due to illness, death in the family etc. A fee of $50 will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed.
Minimum Tour Numbers
The tour has been costed on the basis of a minimum of 34 passengers travelling. In the event of less than 34 passengers having booked 60 days prior to departure, Jetset Brighton reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid, or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified cost.
Refunds
The tour is based upon arrangements which do not allow for refunds in the respect of sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.
Travel Documents
All passengers will require a valid passport. Jetset Brighton can provide assistance with the USA Visa Waiver Requirement. There is a fee.
Baggage
All passengers qualify for 1 piece of luggage.
Responsibility
Jetset Brighton (License Number 31598) is the tour organiser. Jetset Brighton acts only as agent for passengers in making arrangements with carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events that are beyond our direct control such as, but not limited to war, flood, fire, civil unrest, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery, equipment or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these tours. Passenger baggage is at own risk throughout. The contract shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria.
